My journey as a student and certified fitness professional allows me to combine academic knowledge with practical expertise, ensuring I can offer a wide variety of solutions for fitness and overall wellness.

My fitness journey began not that long ago, in 2021, but it quickly grew into a deep passion for self-improvement and embracing the joy of movement. Initially, I started going to the gym as a way to stay active, but it didn’t take long for me to realize that fitness was more than just a hobby—it was something I genuinely loved. Inspired by the active lifestyle I grew up around—my parents were avid runners who instilled the importance of health and wellness in me—I made a bold decision to align my career with my newfound passion. I decided to leave my university business program to pursue Fitness and Health Promotion at Conestoga College, where I could deepen my knowledge and help others lead healthier lives. This journey has been a mix of discipline, growth, and fun, and it’s only just the beginning.
